I am glad to inform you the record-breaking achievement of Dr. A. Venkadesh Babu, AC, posted in Customs (Preventive) Zone, Trichy who has entered into the Guinness World Records for conducting the ‘Largest Drug Awareness lesson’ amidst an audience of 2009 persons on 2nd February, 2018.

He is an excellent officer who organized more than 110 lectures on behalf of Central Bureu of Narcotics to spread awareness against drug abuse amongst students  in reputed colleges including IITs and prominent Medical colleges and law enforcement agencies. He has also displayed his great organizing skills, dedication and commitment while carrying out destruction operation of illicit Opium poppy cultivation in the state of Arunachal Pradesh in the year 2017.
