Ethiraj College for Women in Chennai, is a top ranking Arts and Science college in India. I was invited as Chief Guest in an Annual festival of the students. In my key note address sensitized the students against Drug abuse. Nearly 1000 students attended my speech.

Stella Maris College is also a top ranking Arts and Science college for women in India. About 600 students attended my speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction. Immediately after my speech the Management requested to address another set of outgoing students, the next day, which was attended by another set of 600 students.

The Madras Christian College is a liberal arts and sciences college in Madras. Founded in 1837, MCC is one of Asia’s oldest extant colleges. Around 500 students attended my speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction.

D.G. Vaishnav College, Chennai (International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking)
Celebrated International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 26.6.16 at D.G. Vaishnav College, Chennai. The celebration started with a rally inside the college campus. More than 550 students from different schools and colleges participated in the rally and subsequent events. Eminent personalities were invited to give a speech on the topic in the college auditorium as a part of the campaign against drug abuse. Cultural events were also performed by the students of different colleges after the meeting. The programme was covered by various news and press media. My interview to All India Radio 101.4 FM Rainbow  was aired on 26.06.2016 at 8.00 a.m. in the said FM channel highlighting the importance of the day and harmful effects of drugs

NIT, Trichy 
The National Institute of Technology, Trichy, a Central Government institution and the  top most NIT of the country, invited me to deliver a speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction to the first year UG students as part of their orientation programme. Around 900 students attended my speech. Students enthusiastically raised many questions and got their doubts clarified. The monthly news magazine of the Institute also published my interview.
Olcott Memorial Higher Secondary School, Chennai 
Olcott Memorial Higher Secondary School was started by Col. H.S. Olcott in the year 1894. The completely free (no fees) nature of the school ensures that the school caters to the children who come from the really socially and economically disadvantaged sections of society in the school’s neighbourhood and to those children whose families have been displaced from Besant Nagar. More than 900 students study in this school and majority of the students are children of domestic helps, labourers, hawkers, municipal workers, flowers seller and artisanal fishermen. I cherished the opportunity to interact and create awareness against drug abuse to more than 400 students of this school.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram (IIITDM Kancheepuram) is a Centre of Excellence for technical education and research established in 2007 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.  My speech was attended by around 400 students. As IT professionals are no exception to the menace of drug abuse, it was felt that creating drug awareness among IT professionals was paramount. Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Pondicherry 
Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, established in 2001, is a leading medical institution in Puducherry. My speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction was attended by around(1600 students) 800 students in a hall and the same was transmited live to another hall of another 800 students of the college. Prof. M. Ravishankar, Dean of this college sent a feedback stating “the programme has given a comprehensive picture on drug abuse and was very informative, focusing on the legal, medical and social aspects of drug abuse”.
JIPMER, Pondicherry 
JIPMER, a prestigious  Central Government Institution known for its service to huge turnout of in patients has emerged as one of the  best five medical institutes in the country. My speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction was attended by more than 400 students of this college. Dr. Subhash Chandra Parija, Director, sent a feedback stating “our students in large number have enrolled themselves voluntarily against the use of drugs after my speech”.

Government Medical College, Omandurar Government Estate was established in the year 2015 by Government of Tamil Nadu. My speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction was attended by around 200 students of the college. Dr. R. Sri Muthukumaran Medical College Hospital & Research Institute was established in the year 2010. My speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction was attended by more than 100 students of this college.
Mother Theresa Post Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences, Puducherry 
The Mother Theresa Institute of Health Sciences was established by the Government of Puducherry in 2004. About 300 students attended my speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction. Dr. R. Murali, Dean of the college in his letter of appreciation stated “this programme was of immense benefit to the students of this Institute”.
Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Puducherry 
Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute was established by the Government of Puducherry in the year 2010. About 500 students attended my speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction. Dr. V. Govindaraj, Director of the college in his feedback stated “the session was highly informative and studded with concern and compassion for the student community, who are in the vulnerable age group and can easily get distracted and fall prey to the substance abuse without their knowledge”.

Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences, founded in 2000, is an autonomous body under the Govt. of Puducherry. It is the only Dental Institute in the country in the Govt. sector. Nearly 300 students attended my speech on ill-effects of drug abuse and addiction. Dr. V. Ramesh, Dean of the college in his feedback stated that my speech was “an eye opener for the faculty and staff also who happen to be parents so that they can carry home the message to their children”.
Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College for Women, Madurai
Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College for Women made excellent arrangements. My speech on Drugs and Addiction – Do you know enough? was attended by more than 3000 students of this college. Dr. D. Sarala Thambavani, Principal of the college in her feedback stated, “the scholarship shared elicited overwhelming response from the students that they declared “No” to drugs”. When I left the college I was given a standing ovation by all the students.
Madurai Medical College, Madurai 
Government Madurai Medical College was established in the year 1954. More than 400 students and faculty of this college attended my speech  Dr. M.R. Vairamuthuraju, Dean of the college stated, “our students really enjoyed your talk and it will be definitely helpful for our student community to avoid drug abuse”.
Lady Doak College, Madurai 
Lady Doak College, is the first Women’s College in Madurai, was established in the year 1948. My speech was attended by around  800 students of the college. Students were focused and attentive.
Aarupadai Veedu Medical College, Puducherry 
The Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital, was established at Pondicherry in the year 2000. My speech was attended by more than 300 students of this college. Dr. R. Maharajan, Dean of the college issued a feedback stating “we have understood the medical complications of substance use & legal problems associated with procuring & using illicit substance”.
Tagore College of Arts & Science, Puducherry 
Tagore Arts College, established in the year 1961, is one of the premier institutions in the Union Territory of Puducherry. My speech on Drugs and Addiction – Do you know enough? was attended by more than 150 students of this college. Dr. Sasi Kanta Dash, Principal of the college in his  feedback stated “Students effectively interacted and interrogated to reach out solution to their doubts”.
The Study Lecole Internationale School, Puducherry 
The Study-L’école Internationale was established in 2006. My speech was attended by more than 50 students of this school. Smt. Alice Abraham Chacko, Principal of the school arranged the speech in a very short notice and  gave a feedback stating “the session proved to be an eye opener and had given an awareness of the potential danger that were looming large in the society”.
IITDM, Kanchipuram 
Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram (IIITDM Kancheepuram) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.The Director of the Institute Prof.R.Ganamoorthy invited me for the second time to address their students, after six months of my first address, informing that the first address was very effective in the hostels of the Institute. There were about 400 students in the hall and another set of 400 students in another hall listening to my speech live. A few students of the Institute commented in my Facebook page that after listening to my speech stopped abusing drugs and changed their views on drugs. The  Director of the institute sent a feedback stating, “your interactive session was well received by the student community and, in fact, served as an ice breaker for both faculty and students, clearing the air on many of the misconceptions associated with drugs and its abuse.
Queen Mary’s College, Chennai
Queen Mary’s College, started in 1914, is the first women’s college in Chennai and is one among the first three colleges for women in the country. More than 200 students of this college attended my speech  Dr. N. Rajasulochana, Principal of the college sent  a meticulously collected feedback from the students of the college about the effect of the speech and  stated, “This program was a real motivation that a government higher order office is within reach of a college student”.
Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai
Madras Institute of Technology was the first self-financing college opened in India in the year 1949. My speech was attended by more than 500 students of this institute. Students were focused and attentive throughout my speech.
Government Medical College, Thanjavur 
Thanjavur Medical College established in the year 1958, is one of the oldest medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. My speech was attended by more than 500 students of the Institute. The feedback from the college is that “the response was overwhelming, the delivery of content was excellent and awesome”.
Sastra University, Tanjore (15.3.17)
Sastra University is one of the premier private universities in Tamil Nadu. My speech was attended by more than 500 students of this University. Students were interactive and lots of questions were raised and their doubts on drugs got clarified.The feedback is that “we will sincerely take efforts to spread your messages to the villages around SASTRA, through our volunteers and create awareness about drug addiction among them”.
Puducherry Police 
On the initiative of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Dr. Kiran Bedi, I delivered a lecture on Drugs and Addiction: Drug Demand Reduction Strategy – NDPS Act at Police Training School, Puducherry. The seminar was attended by about 50 police personnel including Senior Superintendents of Police, Superintendents of Police, Inspectors of Police and Sub-Inspectors of Police. Shri S.K. Gautam, I.P.S., Director General of Police, Puducherry issued a certificate stating, “I feel this programme was very much useful in enlightening the Puducherry Police personnel about the various measures to be used to reduce the drug abuse. This will go a long way in saving the younger generation of Union Territory of Puducherry from Drug abuse”.
Pondicherry University 
The Pondicherry University a Central University under the Ministry of HRD organized my speech. Around 200 students  attended my speech. Dr. Rajeswari Seshadri, Dean, Students Welfare in her feedback stated that “your talk was well received by our faculty, staff and students and they are still talking about it”.
Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur 
Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) is an institution of higher education established by an Act of Parliament in 2009. More than 100 students of this University attended my speech. Dr. A.P. Dash, Vice Chancellor issued a feedback stating, “the talk and the interactive session were well received by the student community and the faculty members of CUTN  I  recogize and appriciate your tireless effort on behalf of your organization for the spread of message against the growing menance of drug addiction and towards creating a drug free society.”
Vinayaka Mission’s Medical College, Karaikal 
Vinayaka Mission’s Medical College was established in the year 1996. Over 300 students belonging to a wide array of academics including MBBS, Allied Sciences, Nursing and various Postgraduate specialties of medicine attended my speech. The Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “touched upon our budding young minds here empowering them to choose wisely and live a productive life with a sense of healthy social responsibility and With deepest appreciation for your herculean efforts”.
NIT, Karaikal 
National Institute of Technology, Puducherry organized my speech. Around 250 students of the college attended my speech. The students were focused and attentive. The feedback of the students was communicated by the Registrar that “on the whole majority felt that they gained fresh and useful knowledge regarding the drug menace prevailing in this country”.
Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Chidambaram 
Around 400 students of the college attended my speech. The college also arranged a press meet and an interaction with senior faculty members on the topic. The event was given wide publicity by media and  press. The Dean of the institute issued a feedback stating, “the explanation of ill effects through video about “Drug abuse and addiction” have sensitized entire audience and your lecture gave us the glimpse of vision of our beloved late Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam”.
Government Medical College, Villupuram 
Government Medical College, Villupuram organized my speech. Over 400 students of the college attended my speech. The feedback was that  “the message delivered is real and needed, had a lot of take home value”.
Meenakshi Medical College, Kanchipuram 
The Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute was established in the year 2003. Around 600 students of both MBBS and Nursing courses attended my speech Feedback of the college was that “talk was very impressive, very useful and informative for the Medical and the Nursing students”.
Office of Coast Guard, Eastern Command, Chennai 
I gave a lecture to the field officers of The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) highlighting the need for Drug demand reduction preventive strategy as an effective tool of creating a drug free society. Inspector General Shri Rajan Bargotra, Commander Coast Guard Region (East) organized for my speech. The lecture was attended by group of Coast Guard Officers.
PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Coimbatore 
PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research organized my speech which was attended by around 600 students of the college. Dr. S. Ramalingam, Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “my feedback from the students indicates that this talk was useful and must be had at the beginning of every academic year”.

Amrita School of Engineering was established in the year 1994. My speech was attended by around 500 students of the college. Dr. Sasangan Ramanathan, Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “when you made the audience to take an oath to fight against this evil addiction, the entire hall was spellbound”.

PSG College of Nursing was established in the year 1994. My speech was attended by around 300 students of this college. Dr. G. Malarvizhi, Principal of the college issued a feedback stating, “the students gained knowledge about the various form of drugs and how it is been abused”.
Government Medical College, Coimbatore 
Government Medical College, Coimbatore is a renowned and established institution in the country. It was established in the year 1966 by the Government of Tamil Nadu. My speech was attended by around 500 students of the college. The Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “Sexual abuse against girls because of drug abuse and the common places where the girls should be cautious, explained to the audience useful, especially for girls who attended this programme”.
Covenant India, Chennai
As danger of drug abuse is high among IT professionals, it was felt that creating drug awareness among IT professionals was paramount. As a part of my mission addressed Covenant India, a consultant company which provides world class career growth and experience to work with MNC giants. My speech was attended by more than 300 IT professionals in their Chennai Unit and equal number of young professionals also listened live to my speech in Hyderabad Unit.
Tamil Nadu Police Training Academy, Chennai 
Tamil Nadu Police Academy, an ISO 9002-2001 certified institution, is dedicated to being a world-class police training institution encouraging the highest standards of performance. I was invited to deliver a lecture titled Drugs and Addiction: Drug Demand Reduction Strategy under NDPS Act to the Tamil Nadu Police personnel. I highlighted the need for Drug demand reduction preventive strategy as an effective tool of creating a drug free society My lecture was attended by around 40 directly recruited Deputy Superintendents of Police and Sub-Inspectors of Police.

Tagore Medical College organized my speech. Around 400 students and faculty of the college attended my speech  and the session was interactive.The Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “all the students appreciated your knowledge and got benefitted from your views on drugs and addiction”.

Government Vellore Medical College (GVMC) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 2005. Around 500 students of this college attended my speech. Wide publicity was given by the College and Press and Media gave coverage to the programme. Dr. Usha Sadasivan, Dean of the college issued a feedback stating, “the carry home message of ‘Say No to drugs’ made a great impression on the minds of our students”.

The Christian Medical College Vellore (CMC) was established in the year 1900. It is ranked amongst the topmost medical colleges in India. Around 250 students of this college attended my speech. Dr. Anna Pulimood, Principal of the college issued a feedback stating, “information on the harmful effects of drugs was punctuated with excellent video clips and personal anecdotes about his experiences as an Assistant Narcotics Commissioner”.

I was invited as a guest of honour along with Hon’ble Minister of Commercial Taxes, Govt of Tamilnadu by FIIT JEE Chennai for their celebration of honouring the top rankers of IIT JEE,2017. Utilizing the opportunity, I gave drug awareness speech to the successfully qualified students of IIT.My speech was attended by more than 1000 IIT qualified students along with their parents at Lady Andal School, Chennai.

Anna university (BIT Campus), Trichy is a prestigious university of Govt of Tamil Nadu. My speech was attended by around 400 students of the college. The students were attentive and interactive. The print media in the local vernacular covered the programme.

National College, Trichy was established in 1919 and is one of the oldest colleges in Tamil Nadu. My speech was attended by more than 500 students of the college. The students were focused. A news article was published in the newspaper THE HINDU about the speech.
Cauvery College for Women, Trichy
Cauvery college for Women, Trichy is the first self financing college in India. My speech was attended by more than 650 students of the college. Dr.V.Sujatha, Principal of the college gave the feedback stating “They are now in position to protect themselves after knowing the incidents regarding drugs. All the tips given by by the Chief guest was very fruitful to them throughout their life.”  The event was given coverage by leading newspaper  MALAI MALAR.
K.A.P.Viswanathan Medical College, Trichy
K.A.P.Viswanathan Medical College, Trichy is run by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Dr Anitha , Dean of the college arranged for a press meet before the speech. My speech was attended by more than 600 students of the college. News 7 and few other media channels covered the programme. There was question and answer session at the end of my speech. Students, faculty and residents attended the speech.

Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh is an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament. My speech was attended by more than 300 post graduate students, faculty, residents and paramedical students of the college. The Menace of online drugs trade using crypto currencies has been highlighted during the session and I also recalled a Global Drug Survey conducted in London which pooled 1 lakh people revealed that a growing number of youngsters are purchasing illicit drugs through online. Students were focused and interactive. Students raised some meaningful question at the end of the session.

Addressed law enforcing officers of Tamil Nadu Police (NIB CID), Railway Protection Force, Indian Coast Guard etc., on intelligence and survey regarding illicit cultivation, use of satellite technology for identification of illicit cultivation, Provisions of law and procedure of booking cases for illicit cultivation under NDPS Act, 1985.
